(switching to the first person) I love the small town of Phoenixville and I’m a strong proponent of keeping Phoenixville full of a wide variety of residents and with different income levels and abilities (see affordable housing), I oppose those who want to discriminate with impunity (see Anti-Discrimination ordinance), I believe tenants should have rights and a voice.
